Seaborne Asian steel prices up at slower rate

Steel prices in the Asian market increased by an average of $24 /t m/m in February, a much lower m/m growth rate than that for January. Sentiment ahead of the Tet and other regional holidays has started to moderate but remains positive enough to help support prices.
