Kyocera: New Production Facility

Kyocera plans to build a new production facility at its Kokubu Plant Campus in Kagoshima (Japan). This is expected to increase capacity for Multilayer Ceramic Capacitors (MLCCs), strengthen development capabilities for engineers, and ensure sufficient production space for growing businesses. Demand for MLCCs is expected to continue to grow. This is because communication terminals and semiconductor devices are becoming more compact and sophisticated.
