Dammam7 Selects Davy Process and Union Carbide Production Technology for its Butanol Plant

Dammam7 Petrochemical Limited,a privately-owned Saudi firm,has selected the process technology of Davy Process Technology Limited (DPT),part of the UK's Johnson Matthey group,and Union Carbide Corporation (UCC),a subsidiary of The Dow Chemical Company,for the 80,000-ton/year normal-butanol plant it is developing in the Jubail 1 industrial city.
