EGAS and Gasco Set Up a Joint Venture with Hill International for the Supply of Project Management Services to the Oil Sector

The U.S.company Hill International has signed an agreement with Egyptian Natural Gas Holding Company (EGAS) and Egyptian Natural Gas Company (Gasco) for the formation of a joint venture to provide project management services,primarily in the oil and gas industries in the Middle East and Africa.Called Hill International Petrol (Egypt) Ltd.,the new joint venture will be 50% owned by Hill International,while the other 50% will be divided between the two Egyptian companies.
