Japanese prices to keep sliding amid poor demand and lower ore quotes

Prices for SiMn (65 Mn; 16 Si) have gone down by $55/t month-on-monthto $1,150/t CIF in Japan in late November and those for HC FeMn – by $5/t to$1,200/t. High inputs do not let producers give discounts anymore. However,the discounts might be given after another decrease in manganese ore pricesin December.
