The Chinese market has been recovering in March because of the strict quarantine in January-February. Meanwhile, global economy suffers from the COVID-19 pandemic. Shipments might be interrupted by the quarantine outside China, especially in South Africa. As a result, manganese ore quotes will increase, but the trend will not last for too long because of the sharp slowdown downturn in global economy and stagnant business activity.
