Manganese alloy prices increased in the US in March thanks to stable end-user demand in early March and the concerns over possible import disruptions in late March. SiMn (65 Mn, 17 Si) quotes added 7-10 on average month-on-month, reaching $1,170-1,210/t DDP ($0.53-0.55/lb). HC FeMn (75 Mn) prices rose by $30-40/t on average to $1,120-1,200/t DDP m-o-m.
