Indinavir Nephrolithiasis Mimicking Metastatic Urothelial Malignancy

We report a case of indinavir nephrolithiasis that mimicked urothelial malignancy; this highlights the subtleties of antiretroviral therapy and the need for close monitoring of patients on these drugs. The interactions of indinavir with the urinary tract are also reviewed.
