Union Pacific closes Brazos river bridge again

Western railroad Union Pacific (UP) took its rail bridge overthe Brazos river in Texas out of service on 4 July for about twoweeks because of damage related to recent flooding.UP had restored the bridge to service last month afterflooding on the river damaged the structure near Rosenberg,Texas, southwest of Houston. Kansas City Southern also usesthe bridge.
