Turkey receives more US offers

More US coal is being offered to Turkey as the price of South African coal has spiked in recent weeks. Turkish buyers have received more offers of US coal this week, with Panamax cargoes offered at around $97-98/t on a delivered basis. US coal only started to price into Turkey earlier this month after a near two-month hiatus. US coal stopped pricing into Turkey in mid-October as prices rose by $2-3/t, while Colombian and South African prices dipped.
