NOx flat-higher, RGGI, SO2 climb

Vintage 2009 annual NOx prices ended flat with last week at $1,100/ton, while Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative (RGGI) CO2 prices notched 2? higher to close at $3.70/ton. SO2 gained $2.50/ton to end at $65/ton today. Many participants wound up their trading weeks early to head to Washington, DC, where the Environmental Markets Association conference will convene April 26-28.
