New strategies for bus-structured PCB testing

Bus timing emulation is widely used for the production testing of bus-structured printed circuit boards. However, with the ongoing advance of bus-structured technology, continued successful use of the technique will require new facilities for, and approaches to, test hardware, fixturing and design for testability.
