Stocks at Europe's largest ports remain high, but South African coal deliveries have fallen in the past few weeks. Stocks remain at high levels, with the bulk of material coming from the US and Russia as well as Colombia, although shipments from Puerto Bolivar have been hampered by strikes at the country's railways and mines.
