Direct market prices for Powder River basin (PRB) coal wereflat this week as tepid demand from utilities offset outputdeclines in the largest US production region.Prices for standard 8,800 Btu/lb, 0.8lb SO2/mmBtu directcoal were unchanged at $10.45/short tons for fourth quarterdelivery, while calendar 2016 was flat at $11.20/st.
