Coal stocks at Colombian port fall on railing ban

Stocks at a major Colombian coal export terminal have dropped following night restrictions on a freight railway. The railway owners are pursuing measures to end the curfew. Coal stocks at Colombia’s second-largest export terminal, Puerto Drummond, have fallen by half to around 600,000t, compared with 1.2mn t before a night restriction came into effect on the country’s main coal freight railway Fenoco, a shipping agency said.
