We have just come to the end of another hugely successful Veterinary Nursing Awareness Month. In my various veterinary nursing roles I talk about the positive effect of reflection, and this year I have taken my own advice and thought about my own veterinary nursing journey, and the ups and downs that have occurred along the way.In this article, I thought we would talk about wildlife again, but specifically the challenges we face when it comes to dealing with injured fledgling birds. This is a complicated subject as lots of misleading and contradictory information on the internet exists, and many members of the public think they are helping when they intervene.
