We now find ourselves at the start of spring, and COVID vaccinations are being given at an impressive rate and will hopefully, finally, slowly move us out of the restrictions and the pandemic.We need to continue to stay safe and work smart within the Government, RCVS and BVA guidance. We also need to continue to look after each other - check in on your mates; send that email, text or social media contact; share your experiences and feelings.Remember, it's okay to not be okay. I will start - I am not okay. I miss my friends; I am anxious and worried all the time if my team is being exposed to the risk of COVID; and I am extremely fearful for my family, friends and colleagues getting sick.
