For the past decade, the month of May has seen the VN profession come together to really show off what being a vet nurse is all about.Veterinary Nursing Awareness Month (VNAM) was launched in 2005 by the BVNA as a national VN Day and, since 2012, the campaign has taken place throughout the month of May, its purpose is to spread the word to the veterinary profession and pet owners about the importance of the role of the veterinary nurse in practice, and the provision of responsible pet care to the general public.
