Several concerns arise when the results are interpreted

Mohammadi et al. (2010) present an important trial on assessing another drug of amantadine for treatment of children with attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). Although this study represents a good starting point for a randomised, controlled trial assessing the effects of amantadine in children with ADHD, there have been several important concerns which should be taken into consideration when the results are interpreted. We would like to share the following concerns.
