Book to bridge the gap between ship and shore

A new edition of its book The work of the harbour master -described as a 'bridge' for those coming ashore to take up a port post - has been launched by the Nautical Institute. The book has been compiled in collaboration of the International Harbour Masters'Association (IHMA).
