BV Launches MLC web training

Classification society Bureau Verrtas last month announced the launch of a web-based training programme to help the industry train personnel in readiness for implementation of the Maritime Labour Convention 2006 (MLC). As the MLC implementation deadline draws near, the necessity of shipping companies being properly prepared has become more apparent and, with it, the need to ensure that personnel are correctly trained.
