Italy's Iplom refinery stays shut after pipe leak

The 46,000 b/d Iplom refinery in Busalla, northern Italy, has been shut since 27 April, 10 days after a leak in a crude pipe- line that feeds the refinery. The 17 April leak took out of action the pipeline that connects the refinery with the Genoa oil terminal, but the refinery continued producing at normal rates for several days, taking crude already held in stock.
