Prices were flat-to-higher for US gulf asphalt, with barge prices tracing recent crude gains, and racks in some regions moving higher. In the bulk asphalt market, prices moved higher on new deals, including prompt-month export sales in the $275-280/st range. Discussion for more export deals was reported, but new deals for Gulf moves to foreign markets were not reported finished by the end of the week.
