Wholesale prices on rail shipments out of the Rockies were steady ahead of another anticipated drop in the market for November delivery. Despite wholesale prices being less than half the value of last year and $62.50/st below the bottom of last cycle’s mar- ket, many expect more room to fall in the weeks ahead.
