Buckeye Pipeline shut the 21.6mn bl Bahamas Oil Refning Company International Limited (BORCO) terminal as a category 4 hurricane passed over the island. The crude and products terminal more than 300 miles off the Florida coast was riding out Hurricane Joaquin, the com- pany confrmed today.
