Rockies rail supply prices were flat during the last full week of June at $290-325/st for PG 64-22. Canadian imports have been quiet and left local market demand to Rockies refineries. The Rockies could still be long on asphalt over the rest of the summer as maintenance issues put extra residuals into the marketplace.
