Husky Energy, one of Canada's largest integrated producers, has sold a majority stake in its heavy oil pipeline assets in Lloydminster, Alberta, retaining a 35pc interest. The C$1.7bn ($1.35bn) deal with Cheung Kong Infrastruc- ture Holdings and Power Assets Holding will see Husky remain operator of the assets. The two companies operate energy infrastructure assets in China and internationally.
