Hydro agrees HPTL sale

Norwegian metals producer Norsk Hydro has agreed to sell its subsidiary Hydro Precision Tubing Lichtervelde (HPTL) to European investment group Aurelius as part of the com pany's continuing restructuring effort. HPTL manufactures welded tubes for the industrial prod ucts and heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) markets. Its facility consists of a cast house, cold rolling mill and four tube lines.
