Europe: HC FeCr rises to six-month high

Prices for high carbon ferro-chrome pushed higher to reach a six-month high on strong demand from the European steel mills and increased buying interest from China. Elsewhere, manganese alloys are increasingly hard to source, market participants said on low production but prices remained stable.
