Moore Stephens survey ticks the right boxes

According to UK-based Moore Stephens' (MS) latest Shipping Confidence survey, owners/operators are far more likely to make investments in the tanker and container sectors in the next 12 months. On a scale of one to 10, the average confidence level expressed by respondents to the survey in the markets in which they operate was 5.9. This compared with 5.7 in the previous survey in November 2009 and it stood at a 156-month high.
