The supply outlook out of Saudi Arabia looks slightly im- proved this week but there is no spot ammonia on ofer. Ma’aden’s 1.1mn t /yr Wa’ad al Shamal ammonia plant restarted this week, following a shutdown at the plant for around 1 week. The facility was not scheduled to restart until the end of January, so the plant has come back online a few days earlier than originally anticipated, easing some of the supply shortage in the Middle East.
