Indian buyers are seeking ammonia spot cargoes as demand remains fi rm. In Qatar, the Qafco facility is reportedly facing technical diffi culties and has asked its term buyers to source cargoes from other suppliers until March. The possible issues in Qatar will further constrain supply from the Middle East, where plants in Saudi Arabia have had a number of outages. Indian domestic buyer GSFC has formally issued an enquiry to import 10,000t ammonia for mid-February arrival.
