Global Port Investment outlines IPO price

Russian-backed stevedore Global Port Investments (GPI) announced a price range of USD14.70 to USD16.10 per global depositary receipt (GDR) for its initial public offering that was due to take place in London towards the end of June. The company was making available approximately 35.5 million GDRs, representing an offer size of between USD524 million and USD572 million before any exercise of over-allotment options.
