Ammonia deliveries are back to normal pumping rates of 315t/hr at Pivdenny port since 5-6 February, when Ukrainian operators switched back to using gas turbines following a new 1-month tarif agreement with Russian producers. The resumption of normal pumping means that only around 12,000-14,000t of expected export volumes will have been lost for February, and there are likely to be some spot cargoes available for late-February loading.
