Merger creates Blue Star Holding

E.R Schiffahrt and Komrowski Group's Blue Star Shipping are to be merged into a new company called Blue Star Holding, thereby creating one of the largest tramp vessel owners in the world. Komrowski Befrachtungskontor, another division of the Komrowski Group, which covers chartering, new building contracting, sale and purchase as well as market analysis and research, will also be included. The merger is expected to be completed by the end of May.
