Transpac groups to merge

The two discussion agreements that cover eastbound and westbound transpacific container services are to be combined. The 15 members of the Transpacific Stabilization Agreement (TSA) have filed an amendment with the Federal Maritime Commission that would expand the TSA's scope to include the entire transpacific round trip, including the westbound trade.
