Hamburg Sud, which did not top a single category in the last North American Containerisation International Shipper Sentiment Survey for the region carried out in June, topped eight of the categories this time around. It led all other carriers for categories that included 'on-time shipments', 'space availability on a chosen vessel', 'general financial health' and the 'net promoter score', an increasingly common measure of customer satisfaction used by major corporations.
