CMA CGM sells off segment to CMHI

French Line CMA CGM is to sell a 49% stake in its ports arm Terminal Link to China Merchants Holdings International and is close to finalising a debt restructuring package with its banks. China Merchants, one of China's largest port operators, is to pay ?400m ($538m) for the shareholding in Terminal Link, which has interests in 15 ports.
