NewMetrica aims to extend reach of quality of life measurement instrument

Scottish veterinary research firm NewMetrica is looking for funding and partners to develop a health related quality of life (HRQL) measurement tool for horses. The tool will aim to measure the impact of any chronic disease, including chronic pain, onquality of life.Founded in 2013, NewMetrica was established by a group of veterinary clinicians and statisticians from the University of Glasgow. They developed the company around research into measuring pain and quality of life in animals.
