FINANCIAL NEWS. Year to Dec 2007. Group revenue rose 14.3% to {EUR}56bn in 2007. At constant exchange rates the increase would have been 17.6%. Group pre-tax profit at {EUR}3.87bn was 6.1% below the record level achieved in the previous year. However, excluding the effect of the settlement of the exchangeable bond on shares in Rolls-Royce, recurring pre-tax earnings were slightly above the previous year's level.
