Patterson records lethargic Q2, mild first-half of2020

US product distributor Patterson Companies has recorded a 1% year-on-year decrease in animal health revenues in the second quarter of its fiscal 2020.Animal Health International was also investigated by the US government regarding non-compliant licensing, dispensing, distribution and related sales process issues. In addition to the prior terms, Patterson and AHI will enter into a non-prosecution agreement.The agreement between Patterson and the US government is subject to negotiation of final terms, execution of definitive documents, approval by all necessary parties and court approval. Patterson claims once the agreement is final, it intends to finance the settlement expense through existing liquidity.
