Novozymes to cut up to 330 jobs following company restructuring

Danish biotechnology firm Novozymes will lay off 280 to 330 employees globally, as it makes organizational changes to its company structure. Novozymes develops enzymes and probiotics to improve animal feed and gut functionality.The upcoming layoffs will happen across a range of divisions, functions and regions. A number of employees will also be transferred to new roles at the firm. Of the employees to be laid off worldwide, 123 are based in Denmark - where the company is headquartered. The firm also has operations in China, Brazil, Argentina, India, Canada, the UK and the US.
