WSAVA honors executive board member Michael Day following his death

The World Small Animal Veterinary Association (WSAVA) has paid tribute to long-standing committee and executive board member Michael Day after he passed away. Professor Day began working with the WSAVA in 2003 and held numerous roles at the organization, including membership of the Gastrointestinal Standardization Group and chair of the Scientific Advisory Committee.In 2010, he founded the WSAVA's One Health Committee and Prof Day was also the British Small Animal Veterinary Association member representative for the WSAVA and joined the latter organization's executive board in 2017. He was elected honorary treasurer in 2018.
