New Cosalt products on show at Nor-Shipping 2009

Visitors to this year's Nor-Shipping exhibition will be able to find out more about Cosalt's extensive range of products and services for the cruise, ferry, cargo, tanker and offshore shipping markets. The company is one of the few suppliers with the resources to co-ordinate the supply and servicing of safety equipment across Europe. It has a Europe-wide business network that spans 25 separate locations. Seventeen of these bases are fully approved liferaft and lifejacket service stations. At this year's show the company will be highlighting the groundbreaking Premier 2010 lifejacket and the new Cosalt Personal Recovery Device (CPRD). The Premier 2010 is one of the first lifejackets designed to conform to the new testing requirements of the Maritime Safety Committee, being introduced in July 2010. The new CPRD is a flexible, ladder-style device, which enables casualties, conscious or unconscious, to be retrieved from the water in a horizontal position.
