Supply out of the Baltic looks set to remain tight as local compactor Belagrofert at Grodno will start up its second compaction unit next month, which will increase its amsul requirements to 26,000t/month. Grodno Azot has a capac- ity of 400,000t/y and is likely to supply the additional amsul and will, therefore, have less available for export.
