Large stocks of fertilizer and cereals are taking up storage in the ports, and the heavy rains have halted end-user urea purchases. Current offers for fresh Egyptian granular urea imports are around $360/t cfr. Meanwhile, OCI has halted shipments since mid-October largely because of the current lack of demand.
