NPK buyers are beginning to discuss 2019 contracts as well as deliveries for November/December. Lack of export availability from the FSU, plus a number of turnarounds in Europe, have kept the market for standard grade quite tight in the region. A high level of demand from Ukraine, which no longer buys from Russia, has also tightened supply from Poland and Belarus.
