The urea market is in a confused state. Domestic prilled urea prices have fallen to $265/t cfr equivalent and below; a large discount to international prices. Reports that PVFCCo is ofering prilled urea to dealers at net prices equivalent to around $270/t fot bagged could not be confrmed directly. In addition, heavy imports from Russia (around 100,000t) this month have swelled stocks and there is no incentive to buy now.
