Very few ofers of granular urea are circulating. The drop in prices to the low-$240s/t cfr last week is deterring ship- ments and traders are seeking alternative destinations to Brazil. No Middle East urea is on ofer from traders. Yara is understood to be shipping a cargo from Qatar in April, but is not ofering it to other buyers. Bids from large buyers remain at $240/t cfr against price in- dications from some traders at $245/t cfr. One small lot was sold this week at $244/t cfr, basis open origin.
