Fertilizer consumption in Sub-Saharan Africa has increased by 42pc in the last two years, making Africa the fastest growing fertilizer market in the world, the International Fer- tilizer Association (IFA) senior director of agriculture service Patrick Hefer said at the Argus Africa Fertilizer conference in Marrakech.
